Exchange, return and refund
Right of retraction
Requirements
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form but this is not mandatory. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using the return label provided to you. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
The expenses of return and forwarding in the event of exchange are dealt with by the customer.
Your responsibility is engaged only with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this good.
Conditions of exchange and return for refund
The returned item(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact.
Any exchange or return must be the subject of a request for exchange or return from the "My Account" section of the site www.help.Medinadelight.com.
The Customer can make only one request for return or exchange by Email customers@medinadelight.com
If the Customer's order includes several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he will have to insert all the references of the items he wishes to exchange or to be reimbursed during this return request.
The return method validated by the Customer cannot be modified afterwards.
The expenses of return and exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except if the article received does not correspond to the ordered reference.
If the Customer would send back items by a mode of transport not validated by Medinadelight.com and would bear in this sense return costs, he could not claim any refund from Medinadelight.com.
If the Customer wishes to return items from different orders, he will have to separate the said items in different parcels when returning. Any return of items from different orders not respecting this condition will not be treated according to the deadlines provided by our GTC.
Item condition
All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, Medinadelight.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer and that this use or these damages make the items unfit for sale.
In the case of an exchange, if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer and that this use or these damages make them unfit for sale, Medinadelight.com will be able to exercise all corresponding recovery actions with the Customer.
Refund
In the event of your withdrawal from this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you (except for any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement.
We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first. We will issue a refund using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, no charge will be made to you for such refund. No cash refund will be made by Medinadelight.com in case of return of one or several items paid by gift card. The corresponding card will automatically be credited with the corresponding amount.
Shipment of the order exchange
If the Customer has chosen to drop off his return package in a Mondial relay point, or in a post office via Colissimo using the return label provided for this purpose, his exchange order will be shipped within 48 hours after the returned items are back in stock.
If the amount of the exchange order of the Customer is higher than the amount of his initial order, he will be able to pay the difference online by credit card or PayPal. The shipping of the exchange order of the Customer is conditioned by the validation of this payment.
If the amount of the exchange order of the Customer is lower than the amount of the initial order, Medinadelight.com will refund the difference:
- in 7 days following the reception of his parcel by our warehouse if he deposited his parcel in a Mondial relay point by using the return label provided for this purpose,
- within 5 days following the reception of his parcel at our warehouse if he sent us his parcel via Colissimo.
The Customer must keep the proof of deposit of the parcel which will be given to him by the Post Office or Mondial relay point. In case of loss of the parcel, no release of order, exchange or refund can be made without this proof of deposit.
The Customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of deposit of his return package to make any claim relating to his return.
No claim will be accepted after this period.
The Customer will have to transmit his complaint by e-mail via the contact form present on the page Customer Service of Medinadelight.com
Return of the correct product
The customer must return the product purchased on the site www.Medinadelight.com, new and unworn, for which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
